What is Hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing aims to help you feel confident and calm, and encourage a more relaxed labour with less need for intervention or pain relief. Hypnobirthing combines deep relaxation and breathing techniques, visualisation, and self-hypnosis.
Who can do Hypnobirthing?
Everyone can be involved in hypnobirthing, it isn't just for the birthing parent, it is also for their partner.
Hypnobirthing can be used in all births, not just home water births.
