At Hypnobirthing With Michaela , I am committed to providing expectant parents with the resources and support they need to have a safe delivery, a calm birth and a happy, thriving baby. My mission is to empower parents to make informed choices and to create a community where they can connect and learn from each other.

I offer in person group courses, 1-1 in person courses and online group and 1-1 courses. A course is 12 hours long, splitting the course into four 3 hour sessions.
When should you do your hypnobirthing course?
The second trimester is suggested as it give your time to practice before baby comes along. Although the course works fine if you choose to do it slightly later.

Online courses will be via zoom.

Group Course In Person

The group hypnobirthing course is held within the Royal Borough of Greenwich with up to 4 couples per group. Each couple will receive a welcome pack including all tools needed for the course.
Group courses will be held on 2 consecutive weekends, 3 hour sessions each day.

The online hypnobirthing group course is held via Zoom, with up to 4 couples per group. Each couple will receive a welcome pack including all tools needed for the course, this will be sent out before the course starts.

1-1 In Person

1-1 in person courses can be done at your home (within a 3 mile radius of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Bexley borough, Bromley and the Dartford borough). You will receive a welcome pack including all tools needed for the course.
1-1 courses will be held on 4 consecutive weekday* evenings from 5PM. *Weekdays are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
